Does anyone recognize the vendor on this part? It's a final drive stage in a 30-40 W PA I've got? Looking for a datasheet if possible. File-Feb-07-2024-8-54-52-PM.png?rlkey=7eilrp1lt63ee6lr942qflca7&dl=0

(How can I get the image to show up? It's on dropbox now)

    Hi, Dave,
I tried to view your image just using the link you posted, and got an error message from Dropbox. Maybe it is a Dropbox permission issue, or some firewall thing that isn't letting the message board software access your image? Note that this interface doesn't actually copy the image into the post, it just links to whereever you have the file stored. I was able to put in a picture -
636541211060468038-quadrants.jpg and it seems to be working find.

If you like, you can send me the picture by email and I'll post it for you.

I got it sorted out. Not a transistor at all, a nice high power RF resistor.

I was able to take care of it. It's not a transistor at all; it's a gorgeous high-power radio frequency resistor.
