    Hi,
Repairing an old test equipment ( IFR com-120) I suspect that the two switch diodes in the sampler phase detector are not as equal anymore as they should be.
The diodes are MA-com MA4E282, matched pair. But it seems impossible to source them, or even find a datasheet to find a suitable replacement. Info on the web indicates that those were specially made for IFR by MA-com. I'd be most grateful if anyone has some info on them.
The circuit is a sampling phase detector, locking at 1300-2200 MHz in 2 MHz steps, SRD operated with 2 MHz pulses fed to the SRD. There must be some HP diodes that can be used...
