Does anyone know of any phase shifter MMICs that cover Ka-band SatCom frequency band? Roughly 19-21 GHz...

Is there some reason or back-story why this band is under-served by MMIC suppliers?

    Thanks

    Hi Steve.

I just had this exact problem. I designed a beam former array in that frequency range. I ended up using the Qorvo TGP2615-SM

It works well up to about 23 GHz.

More details on the multi beam scalable unit I built on my company website www.euroecl.com

    Thanks. Ben.

    Thanks
Funny how the data sheet cuts off at 19 GHz, good to know it works to 23 GHz! I check, it is "production" status. They have been obsoleting quite a few parts lately.
